2009 Kirkwood Town Fair

Oh what a feeling to play in your hometown at a special event. Kirkwood celebrated it's 150th anniversary this year. We had gorgeous weather and such fun. The re-make of "Cover of the Rolling Stones" to "Cover of the Courier" (our local newspaper) was a real hit with the locals AND the publishers of the Country Courier newspaper. Can't wait to see if we make the 'cover'. Gonna buy five copies for my mother!!!!

We're in the Press!

The Potter's House

The owners of this Christian coffee house, Jim & Kate, have kindly put up with our antics for almost a year. Their crowd is the best! Nestled in a row of small town buildings, the Potter's House has the distinctive flavor of home, including the luscious smelling coffee.

A Taste of Summer

Last night we played for the Kirkwood Historical Society Ice Cream Social at River Park. What a tremendous event for socializing with your neighbors, friends and family!

We visited with people we hadn't seen in years and gave them a preview of our performance for the Town Fair on August 6, 7, & 8.

There's something about your home town that makes your feel very good. The gorgeous weather made it perfect.

Just a touch of wind, but we were warmed by the sun.

We had a wonderful time and excellent homemade cake with ice cream.

Hopefully, God willing, we can repeat it next year. Such fun!
